Admission to Pre-Primary Classes
Nursery Age 3 years+
L.K.G. Age 4 years+
U.K.G. Age 5 years+
Primary & Secondary Classes
Admission to classes I to IX will be granted subject to availability of vacant seats and qualifying the entrance test by the students. Registration does not guarantee admission.
Senior Secondary Classes
A student who has qualified the Xth standard with minimum 50% marks or at least C grade will be eligible for admission in 11th Standard Science (Non-Medical) , Commerce Stream and Humanities ( only for girls) after qualifying the entrance test . No direct admission in 10th and 12th standard unless permitted by CBSE.
COURSES AVAILABLE IN SENIOR SECONDARY SECTION
Non-Medical Group: English, Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Physical Education, Music , Painting , AI and IT.
Medical Group: English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Physical Education, Music , Painting , AI and IT.
Commerce Group: English, Maths/Economics , Physical Education, Business Studies, Accountancy , Music , Painting , AI and IT.
Humanity Group: English, Hindi, Maths, History, Physical Education, Music, lP, Painting
1. The academic session starts from 1st April every year.
2. Advanced registrations are compulsory for new admission to the school. Admission fee is to be deposited within a week of the Admission Test, failing which the admission will be cancelled and the seat is declared vacant.
3. Mere registration does not guarantee admission, which will chiefly depend on the combined test given at the time of admission.
4. The School Authority reserves the exclusive right to decide the class to which a pupil can be admitted.
REMOVALS AND WITHDRAWALS
1. The Principal reserves the right to cancel the admission of a student whose performance and progress in studies are unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to the interest and prestige of the institution.
2. A student who fails in the same class twice will automatically be removed from the rolls of the school.
3. Any student caught using unfair means during an examination will not be retained on the school rolls.
4. In case a student stops attending the school without any prior information to the school authorities, his/her name will be struck off from the school rolls after six consecutive days of absence.
5. Parents are required to give one month's advance written notice to the school authorities for the withdrawal of their children. The Transfer Certificate is issued only after the school's clues have been cleared for the complete academic session.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION
1. Proof of the Date of Birth from the Municipality or any other competent authority.
2. Mark sheet of the previous class.
3. SLC/T C issued by the school last attended.
4. Migration Certificate, if any.
5. School/Board Registration Number, if any.
6. Four copies of the passport-size photographs of the child and one photo of each of the parent and the guardian or the person authorised to visit the child on their behalf.
Note: Particulars of a child will remain the same as mentioned in the SLC issued by the previous school according to the CBSE rules.
