The Beginning of a Vision
Established with Purpose
Vivekanand Vidya Niketan was founded with the mission of nurturing young minds through value-based education and academic excellence. What began as a dedicated educational initiative gradually transformed into a vibrant institution known for discipline, innovation, and holistic growth.
Our school was established with a vision to provide quality education and nurture responsible global citizens.
Leadership for Excellence — Ms. Anita (April 2005 – October 2011) served as our Founder Principal, leading with vision and dedication while establishing a strong academic culture.
World-Class Learning Facilities — A High-Tech Computer Lab; well-equipped Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics labs; a resource-rich Library; and a vibrant Activity Room — nurturing innovation, creativity, critical thinking, and holistic development for every learner.
First Batch of Class X — Our first Class X batch (2008–2009) achieved exceptional results, beginning a proud tradition of academic excellence.
Building Strong Foundations, Growing Together — Expanded classrooms, activity-based learning, and enhanced sports, cultural and co-curricular programs.
Embracing Technology — Smart classrooms and digital teaching resources for interactive learning.
First Batch of Class XII — The first graduating Class XII (2010–2011) set new benchmarks with outstanding board results.
A New Chapter in Growth — Completion of the First and Second Floors upgraded school infrastructure.
A New Chapter of Leadership — Principal Mr. Vijay Gaur (February 2012 – November 2019) began a transformative journey.

Since 2014, Vivekanand Vidya Niketan has nurtured achievers excelling in MBBS, BDS and JEE (2018), and even representing India internationally. At VVN, excellence is not an achievement — it is a tradition.

The reception area was redesigned into a welcoming, contemporary space, reflecting the school’s commitment to excellence and hospitality.
Modernizing Learning Spaces — Laboratory & Library Renovation
Our Science Labs, Computer Lab and Library were thoughtfully renovated with upgraded infrastructure and modern resources, creating inspiring spaces for experiential learning and research.
Little Smiles, Big Adventures — Pre-Primary Play Zone
The Pre-Primary Swings Area was beautifully renovated with safe, colourful, and engaging play equipment, ensuring joyful learning through play.
Safe Journeys, Smooth Arrivals — Transport Zone
A dedicated Transport Zone was developed to ensure organised, safe, and hassle-free boarding and dispersal, adding convenience for students and parents.
The Pitch of Possibilities — Cricket Academy
The Cricket Academy was established to cultivate sporting excellence through expert coaching, structured training, and competitive exposure — empowering every aspiring cricketer to perform at their best.
Empowering Aspirations, Enabling Success — Third Floor Coaching Block
Designed to support academic excellence and competitive success, the Third Floor Coaching Block provides a focused, inspiring learning environment. Equipped with modern classrooms, advanced teaching resources, and expert guidance, it prepares senior students for board examinations and competitive entrance tests, nurturing the confidence, critical thinking, and skills required to excel in higher education and beyond.
Soaring Beyond Limits — NCC Air Force Wing
The introduction of the NCC Air Force Wing instilled discipline, leadership, patriotism, and a spirit of service, enabling students to become confident and responsible citizens.
Well-Being Matters — Happiness Lab
The Happiness Lab was established to nurture emotional well-being, mindfulness, resilience, and positive thinking — creating a joyful, supportive environment for students, staff, and parents.

The BrainLurn Life Skills Programme enriched students with critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, preparing them to thrive in an ever-evolving world.
A Stage for Every Talent — Radhakrishnan Auditorium
A modern auditorium was established to give students a platform for cultural events, leadership programmes, seminars, and celebrations — fostering confidence and creativity. It also hosts indoor games such as Basketball, Badminton, Judo, and Skating.
